ABOUT

SHERIFF KEVIN MOLDER

THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR EXPERIENCE

Kevin Molder started his career in law enforcement over 27 years ago. In his first job as a jailer, he learned the day-to-day operations of running a detention facility. As a patrolman, he learned first-hand the challenges in keeping our streets safe and protecting our life and property. As a law enforcement academy training instructor, he knows and understands the latest trends, techniques, and technologies. And with over 13 years of experience as Poinsett County's Chief Deputy, Kevin has been responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of the Sheriff's Department; from preparing budgets to training to managing the department's 50 plus employees.

AS SHERIFF, KEVIN MOLDER WILL CONTINUE TO

  • Use his unmatched experience to embrace new technologies and take law enforcement in Poinsett County to a new level.

  • Work hard to eradicate the sale and use of drugs in our county. Increase patrols in the rural areas.

  • Have a cooperative and strong working relationship with our local communities' police departments, the Arkansas State Police, and Sheriff's offices in our neighboring counties.
